Four different technicians came to check, but none were able to solve the problem. Every time, they say parts are needed, but there is always a reason why the parts are not replaced.
They are good at promoting their company when selling, but when it comes to repair and maintenance, our experience has been very poor. I do not recommend this company.

Once he arrived Nasir seemingly took the time to explain what was going on and investigated one or two other issues tangentially related to the leak. He was friendly throughout but said he wasn't able to fix the issue due to the leak being caused by the air conditioner being an old model and the required refrigerant/part not being available.
While the model and refrigerant components may be true, after learning about air conditioning and investigating on my own, something didn't feel right. So I went down an internet AC rabbit hole and eventually found a clogged drainage hose that I removed, cleaned out, and replaced. No water has leaked for almost a year now.
I may still need a new AC unit one day, but the source of this leak was clearly a clogged hose that AtlasCare missed. Very disappointing, and makes me suspicious of whether the other recommendation was just an attempt to sell additional items.

I signed up for their monthly plan and had repairs done on Feb 18, 2026. A follow-up visit was required because parts needed to be ordered—but here we are at the end of April with zero updates.
I’ve called four separate times, and each time I was told they would check with the parts department and get back to me. No one ever did.
Poor communication and lack of follow-through, especially for a paid service plan. Would not recommend based on this experience.
Update:
-After several more calls, finally got the vent motor replaced on May 1st, but was still missing the zoning damper motor.
-On May 6th, received a call to book a time to replace the zoning damper motor on May 7th, offered to do it for free
-On May 7th, technician came with wrong zoning damper motor, and was not able to find the right one after visiting 3 different suppliers. I ordered the motor online after technician left, received on May 8th, fixed it myself. Zoning damper finally working well after all the chaos.
The estimate was $ 1,582.
The next day they came back and tried snaking the pipe and doing different things, but they were unable to fix the issue. After that, they still charged me over $394 for work they could not complete.
I told them the problem had not even been fixed, but they said their time was not free. Then I asked them to send me the invoice before payment, and they said I had to pay first and only then they would send the invoice. I found that very strange and unprofessional.
I also asked if I could speak with the owner or manager of the company, and they told me they were not allowed to give me the boss’s phone number. They said I had to call the company directly. That response upset me because I could not understand why they were refusing to let me speak to management.
I paid almost $400 and nothing is fixed .
Overall, I had a very bad experience with this company and I would not recommend doing business with them.
Adrian Daya was great with explaining the equipment and outlining the costs. He has a great personality and approach with the homeowners. A true pleasure to deal with.
The service techs were two great guys as well. Patrick X and his partner Sungsoon H were so helpful and accommodating as they worked so hard non stop in the weather conditions, clean up and safe environment spending the entire day at my home.

I’ve had this service done for nearly 10 years and Atlascare acted like and sent a representative as if it was the first time they’ve ever been to my house to service they’s united I’ve purchased through new. that’s is not how to treat ongoing customers.
Franklyn was amazing; he used what I had to do the job, but should never have been put in that spot. Knowing your custom is key & Atlascare seemed to forget me entirely.
