Since 1986, under the name of AtlasCare, Roger Grochmal has been leading the team through these changes, all while investing in a company that he has appreciated from the beginning. As a natural entrepreneur, Roger has passionately steered AtlasCare forward, all while committing to its customers. From a team of 8 to a team of over 100, growing with our clients has been AtlasCare’s pleasure.
Michael Grochmal started working at the family business, AtlasCare, part-time in the summers from the age of 13. Michael joined the AtlasCare team on a full-time basis in 2003 after obtaining 5 years of business experience with a Fortune 500 company. He performed every role at AtlasCare before becoming President in 2012.
AtlasCare is a community of parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, best friends, your neighbour down the street. Exceptional service remains at the core of who AtlasCare is. We are excited to see how the industry will change and progress, but will always remember our roots and where we came from all those years ago.

I called their emergency service on the weekend and they responded within minutes. The technician called me promptly and made every effort to address my problem with leaking water from the furnace. He gave me an idea of what the cost might be over the phone after asking me a few questions. Upon arrival, the tech was respectful and courteous. He was very efficient and knowledgeable in diagnosing and fixing the problem – I had a broken pump. The cost was pretty much what he had quoted me over the phone. We used Atlas/Bosco to replace the Kitec plumbing in our townhouse. From the initial visit, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Kevin got me in touch with engineers who put together the City building permit application package. Patrick and the crew showed up on time and completed the work on schedule and within the budget we had set. The crew was also very great at communicating and explaining the work as it was being done so that we were comfortable with everything they were doing. We called Atlas care today as we had an issue with our AC unit turning on and off. Right off the bat, we received amazing service from the service coordinator, Claire, the after hours coordinator, and ultimately, our service tech, Steve. Everyone we encountered for this service was impeccable!!!! Steve answered our after service call within 15 minutes of our call. He came to our home within the time he said (within the hour). He identified the problem and fixed in. We were very impressed with Atlas today and the impeccable service on what of the hotter days of the year. 5/5 star rating all around!Sandy -

Expertise and focus on preventive maintenance. Pleased with quick response of installation appointment times and that this company can service everything they sell. Also noted that an unexpected replacement of an electronic part was available in the inventory of the service truck. Didn’t have to wait for the part and a second service visit was not required.
