I am a bit disappointed with the service I received today. I had to put in a service call for my 1 week old system because my UV light stopped working. When the tech arrived, he did not have any UV bulbs with him, so now I have to reschedule for another tech to come on a separate day just to replace a bulb. Not very efficient, and now have to book more time off work for another service call. 👎

Jason came to shut down our SpacePak a/C system for the winter and do the Fall furnace tuneup, maintenence and checkup. He had helpful advise and made me aware of a higher than expected CO reading around the exhaust pipe in the chimney and recommended a chimney inspection and cleaning at the earliest opportunity. Very satisfied with how Jason carried out his work on our systems.
